Tour Itinerary

Your experience will begin at 8:00 AM when you meet your guide at the MRT Huaykwang Exit 4
What to expect in the class:
Begin your journey with a visit to the revered Ganesha Shrine, a cherished site in the local community. Following this, head over to Huai Khwang Market, located approximately 400 meters from the shrine. This vibrant market offers an array of fresh produce and ingredients essential for your cooking session, particularly an impressive selection of vegetables, herbs, and fruits, some of which may be unfamiliar to you. After exploring the market, you will be conveniently transported to the cooking class via local means.
During the class, you will delve into the realm of intriguing Thai ingredients, ranging from vegetables and rice to herbs and spices, mastering the art of creating coconut milk and curry paste entirely from scratch. Over the course of two hours, you will craft four delectable dishes and relish them while they are still piping hot and bursting with freshness. Upon completion, you will depart with all the recipes in hand, allowing you to recreate this delightful culinary experience in your own kitchen.

– 8:00 am: Meet at the MRT Huay Kwang Exit 4, then explore the local market and return to cooking school.
– 9:00 am: Introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs. Make coconut milk and sticky rice and make the curry paste from scratch.
– 10:00 am: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried).
– 10:30 am: Session 2 (salad).
– 11:00 am: Session 3 (curry).
– 11:30 am: Session 4 (dessert) and enjoy your dish.
– 12:00 pm: Enjoy your dish before the end of the class ends at the cooking class.
– 1.00 pm. Transfer back to the first meeting point MRT Huaykwang Exit 4.
– End of the tour
